INGREDIENTS

  • ⅓ cup granulated white sugar
  • ⅔ cup light or golden brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt

Frosting

  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 2 tablespoons Ghirardelli White Chocolate Powder
  • 4 tablespoons butter, room temperature
  • 1 - 2 cups powdered sugar
  • bag of pastel M&Ms (optional)
