Easy Blender-Batter Self-Crusting Cheesecake
Ingredients:
Cheesecake
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup milk or half-and-half
- 1/2 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened (lite is okay, dice into chunks if your blender isn't very powerful)
Glaze
- 3/4 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt (lite is okay)
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- about 1 ounce dark chocolate, chopped
