•     Muffin tray (12 muffins)
•     12 eggs (I used 9 here for 12 muffins, but felt I could have definitely used more)
•     Mix of veggies, cheese and meat (I used - bacon & cheddar cheese, red pepper & broccoli florets, mushrooms & green onion)
